Celebrating B.C.’s past, present and future, British Columbia - Canada Place brought the best of B.C. and Canada to the 2006 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Torino, Italy.
"British Columbia - Canada Place" was designed and built in 100 Mile House, B.C. by Sitka Log Homes. Chosen as the builder by a competitive request for qualification, Sitka Log Homes shipped B.C. Canada Place to Italy, where it was reconstructed on a site provided by the City of Torino.
